6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as tags, scripts, and pixels) to work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. These include:

  • Necessary cookies that the website needs to function and to remember your cookie choices.
  • Preference cookies that remember settings you choose.
  • Statistics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Ahrefs Web Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Marketing cookies that may be used to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other websites.

When you first visit, a cookie banner (provided by Cookiebot) asks for your consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using this Cookie Settings link. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies, although some parts of the site may not work correctly. Our website does not currently change its practices in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals; please use the cookie settings instead.

7. Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our website. Google may use the data collected according to its own privacy policy. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use Hotjar to understand how visitors move through our pages, which may include recording mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling (form fields and other sensitive inputs are masked). We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies. Both only run if you have allowed statistics cookies. Learn more in Hotjar’s privacy policy.

Our website chat and contact forms are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), our customer relationship management platform. Information you type into the chat or a form, such as your name, phone number, email, and message, is stored there so we can respond to you. The chat widget only loads if you have allowed preference cookies.

We may use advertising services, such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook), to show our ads to people who have visited our website and to measure how well our ads perform. These services only run if you have allowed marketing cookies. You can manage interest-based advertising through Google Ad Settings, Facebook’s ad preferences, the Network Advertising Initiative, or the Digital Advertising Alliance, and through the “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” settings on your mobile device.

8. Payments

We do not store your full payment card details. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net), whose use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. These processors follow the PCI-DSS security standards.

9. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as providing your services, keeping business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Website usage data is generally kept for a shorter period unless it is needed to improve security or functionality, or we are legally required to keep it longer.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information is processed at our offices in Texas and wherever the service providers we use are located. By providing your information, you agree to this transfer and processing.
